1041 I didn't buy this book. I'm not a mother yet, and my purchases in Christian literature tend toward help with anxiety, or uplifting messages about "hanging in there". And I'm trying to. I really don't have everything figured out yet, and I know I cause my mom a lot of worry. Not because she isn't respectful of my ability to make my own decisions, but just because she loves me. My health hasn't been the best lately, and my husband and I are going through an ugly split with his ex-best friend and business partner.So when I saw this book sitting on her kitchen table, and picked it up to look through it, I nearly started crying. Things have been hard lately, and I really *don't* have everything figured out yet. But it was so touching to be reminded that no matter how many years I've been gone from my mom's house, she's still looking out for me. She's still praying for me, she will always love me, and she is concerned. I haven't always given her the easiest time. Nor have I always been grateful for the love she's poured out, or the faith she's placed in God on my behalf, but I'd like to think I'm getting better.And I do know that no matter how much I struggle, I'll always come around, and I'll always come back.So to all you mothers out there, praying for your kids, I want to say thank you.
